JICA Global Plaza will hold tours in which "Chikyu Annaijin" guides, who have served as JICA volunteers in Africa and Asia, introduce the special exhibition marking the 20th anniversary of JICA Global Plaza.

Before each tour, the guides give a short talk about the countries where they were stationed. Which country it was will be a surprise on the day.

The exhibition ends on October 31, so the tour is the last chance to see it this way. Anyone interested may join, and applications are accepted through the form on the official website.

Key points

  • Hear a short talk from a returned volunteer
  • Hands-on exhibits explain the significance of international cooperation and JICA's work
  • The exhibition runs until October 31, and participation is free

Why we recommend this event

Hearing about volunteer experiences directly from the people who lived them is a valuable opportunity.

Pairing the exhibition with a talk makes it approachable even for those new to international cooperation.

Editor's comment

Why not add some time with international cooperation to your holiday plans?

Seats are limited, so apply early if you wish to join.
