Japan and Pakistan will mark the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations in 2027. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan announced that it is widely seeking a logo to be used in the exchange programs of this commemorative year.
Anyone with Japanese or Pakistani nationality can apply, regardless of age or place of residence. Entries are by e-mail only, and applicants send the digital data of the design together with an explanation of its concept (about 100 characters). Two versions, in color and in black and white, are required, and entries must arrive by Friday, October 23, 2026. The single best design chosen in the judging will become the official logo, and it is scheduled to be announced on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website around late December 2026.
