The United Nations University Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU-IAS) is recruiting an intern who can provide support in collecting and analysing data on international environmental agreements and case law.
Position Responsibilities:
･Collect and analyse data on international environmental agreements and case law.
･Assist UNU-IAS’s Sustainable Development Governance Programme with its project on Post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals.
･Provide editorial support for policy and academic publications.
Required Qualifications:
･Postgraduate (or mature undergraduate) student or recent graduate with a research interest in and basic knowledge of international environmental law and governance.
･Fluency in academic English is absolutely essential.
Duration: Three months
Starting Date: 3 February 2013 or on a mutually agreed upon date.
Interns’ Expenses: Interns are not financially remunerated by UNU-IAS. The Institute also accepts no responsibility for costs arising from accidents and/or illness incurred during the internship. Interns must provide proof of enrolment in a health insurance plan.
