助 成金申請に関連する文書作成を学ぶ1日ワークショップです。午前中の授業では、各機関で行われる手続きを、午後の部では、申請書の書き方を学びます。最終 的に受講生は、助成金申請書を書き上げます。対話形式を取り入れ、プロジェクトごとにグループ分けを行い完成を目指すため、申請書等の文書作成経験がない 方も安心して参加できます。1990年以来日本の非営利団体とNGOに勤め、現在は技能開発を主体としたボランティア団体を運営している、元日米コミュニ ティ・エクスチェンジ（JUCEE）事務局長が講師を務めます。
This workshop will focus on how to write and submit a proposal to an international grant making foundation for a specific nonprofit NGO project. First we focus on doing research and getting information on foundations and the actual process. Then we focus exclusively on the step by step writing of the grant proposal. Each participant will come out of the workshop with a completed proposal outline. This will be an interactive workshop aimed at people with little or no experience writing project or funding proposals. Participants will be divided into project groups in order to create complete proposals.

ボ ランティアのマネージメントにおける全ての段階に応じて授業が行われます。団体規約の評価、仕事内容を決定、人材選択、オリエンテーションおよび能力開 発、モニタリング、モチベーションの継続、ボランティア・バリューイングシステム、さらには直面する様々な問題点がテーマとして扱われます。授業は、講 義、ディスカッションおよびグループワークにおける実践演習から構成されます。ワークショップ修了時に、受講生はボランティアの採用やモチベーションアッ プにおいて、より具体的なノウハウを習得することができます。様々な経験を持つ方に参加していただけるワークショップです。
In this workshop we will review the whole cycle of volunteer management – needs assessment organizational policy, job description design, recruitment/input, orientation and training, monitoring, motivation and retention as well as the challenges we face. This workshop will include a combination of lecture, discussion and group exercises with the expectation that each person will come out of the workshop with some concrete ideas for how to better recruit, motivate and work with volunteers. Participants with diverse experience and field of work are welcome to join this workshop.
