専門的なスキルを身につけ、非営利NGOの運営について学びたいと考える方のためのコースです。クラスでは、NGOが抱える具体的な問題について解決策を探り、こうした問題に対応するための分野横断的なアプローチを実際に計画します。オンライン・リーディングを通して、手法や課題、ケーススタディを学びます。授業では、積極的にディスカッションやグループワークに参加して、クラス・プロジェクトを完成させます。

Nonprofit NGO Management Skills (Spring 2012)
* focuses on the development of the basic management skills needed to run a nonprofit NGO. Course themes include project, organizational structure, human resources, volunteer, development, funds, fundraising and day-to-day operations management. ・ readings introduce basic skills, techniques, issues and case studies. This course is for anyone interested in developing their organizational skills and learning about nonprofit NGOs.
