For NGOs: Submitting Information

NGO network Japan publishes information from NGOs and NPOs engaged in international cooperation. Once you register, you can submit information yourself.

Information You Can Submit

  • Events: Seminars, lectures, report meetings, fairs, and more
  • Calls for proposals, grants, and fundraising: Grant announcements, open calls, fundraising appeals, and more
  • Recruitment: Openings for staff, interns, and volunteers

First-Time Users (New Registration)

  1. On the registration page (Japanese page), enter your username, email address, organization name, contact person’s name, and a description of your activities.
  2. Set your password using the link in the email you receive.
  3. An administrator will review your registration and notify you by email once it is approved. You can log in after approval.

If You Were Registered on the Old Site

On the login page (Japanese page), click “Lost your password?” and reset your password using the email address you registered with on the old site. Your username is the same as on the old site.

From Submission to Publication

  1. Log in, write your article, and click “Submit for Review.”
  2. An administrator will review the content before publishing it. You will be notified by email when it is published.
  3. If you need to make corrections after publication, please contact us through the contact form.

Submission Guidelines

  • Please submit information related to international cooperation and the activities of NGOs and NPOs.
  • Please include all necessary information, such as date and time, location, how to participate, and where to apply.
  • Commercial advertising and submissions that do not fit the purpose of this site may be removed without notice.
